me: yeah idk about pacific rim 2 man, like the first movie was great and all that but now that the main conflict has been resolved, what other world-ending catastrophe could they possibly throw in there? idk it seems like a cheap cash-grab sequel. i mean sure i’ll watch it but i’m not sure –
